Four steps from sign-up to a shared map.

Create your account

Sign up with your email. We send a verification code — enter it and your organisation is created.

Create a project

One project per site. Everything you capture for that site lives against it.

Upload a dataset

Choose the data type, pick the capture date, and select your files. The upload keeps running while you work elsewhere in the app.

Invite your team

Under Settings → Users, invite people as an Admin or a Member and choose which projects they can reach.

The things people ask us most.

Check the email address first — accounts are tied to the exact address that was invited or registered. If the password is the problem, use Forgot Password? on the sign-in screen and we'll email you a reset code. If the page reports that it can't reach the sign-in service, that's a network problem between you and us — try again, and check any VPN or corporate firewall.

Go to Forgot Password, enter your email and we'll send a six-digit reset code. Enter the code with your new password on the same screen. Codes expire after a short while — if yours has, request a new one from that page.

For security, a session ends after 30 minutes with no activity. You'll get a warning about a minute before it happens, and moving the mouse or typing keeps you signed in. Signing out in one browser tab signs you out of the others too.

Point clouds (LAS), orthomosaics, 3D models, vector data and index layers. Uploads are chosen by data type in the upload wizard, so pick the type that matches what your processing software produced.

You're charged for the size of the files you upload. Anything we generate to make a dataset viewable on the map doesn't count against your allowance. The allowance belongs to the whole organisation, not to each project, so all projects draw on the same pool.

New organisations get a 30-day free trial. The app shows how many days are left, and you can move to a paid plan at any point during or after it from Organization → Billing.

Admins manage the organisation — its profile, billing, and who has access. Members work in the projects they've been given and don't see the organisation settings. Both can be assigned to specific projects.

Ask them to check the spam folder first — that's the usual answer. An admin can then resend or revoke the invitation from Settings → Users → Pending Invitations. Invitations expire, so a very old one needs resending.

Yes — share a project as a link. Whoever holds the link can view it without an account. Project sharing is available on the paid plans.
